The History of Wolf and Sons Lawn & Landscaping Company

Owned and operated by the Two Chris’ — Chris Kairuz and Chris Chase both mentored under Kairuz’s father-in-law Mark Wolf, who started Wolf and Sons Lawn & Landscaping more than two decades ago as an enjoyable hobby, helping people in the nearby neighborhood maintain their lawns, especially those who were elderly or unable to do so themselves. W&S was a huge success because Mark and his team offered a much-needed and high quality, affordable lawn care service to the Renton-Seattle suburbs. Quickly going from part-time hobby to full time business, Mark hired his son-in-law and Kairuz’s longtime friend, Chris Chase to help him keep up with the growing requests for service.

Chris Kairuz – Full Service Yard and Lawn Care Company

Mark trusted the two to provide the same level of service he himself provided and the two worked tirelessly to learn all there is to know about the lawn care and landscaping business, continuing to help Mark grow the business. When Mark passed away in August 2012, the now very experienced lawn technicians decided to honor their mentor by keeping the Wolf and Sons name, and by growing W&S into a larger, more versatile lawn care company.

Offering full service lawn care and landscaping services including everything from sod installation and clean-up services, to lawn mowing, landscaping, and weed control; W&S also offers a number of unique, special services like pressure cleaning, paving systems, fencing, roof & gutter cleaning, and dump truck hauling.

As tribute to Mark Wolf and Chris have dedicated their career to elevating Mark’s reputation in memoriam as the best in Seattle lawn care and landscaping!
