Our Design Process to Build

Gather Property Resources
After collecting your home resources and inspiration content, we will conduct standardized research on your property for any restrictions and discuss in our first virtual Zoom meeting.
Mood Board Zoom Session
Our design team will present a personalized mood board that takes your wish list and inspiration photos blended with our design interpretations. Any property restrictions discovered will be discussed and may alter layout options.
Rendering & Collaboration
Gather at virtual design sessions to make intentional adjustments to your design, discuss options and make material changes. In addition to the design team, a construction support manager and project manager will join as well to help guide effective design decisions.
Material Selection
See variations and layout options that best fit your home and personal taste. We will render and lead a formal proposal that accounts for pre-determined materials.
Your Proposal Delivery
The formal proposal will include all details around the design, construction plans, statement of work, terms and conditions as well as the supportive price breakdown.
Project Planning
Once the proposal has been approved and the 20% deposit received, the team will begin an on-site verification visit and mark your start date!

Timeline to Build

On-Site Build Verification
This on-site visit includes our project manager and foreman for your project. They will review, verify and communicate any adjustments required for the build.
20% Deposit
Once your 20% deposit has been received, our team will confirm your tentative start date and begin the internal project planning process. You can reference our pre-construction checklist for our next steps.
Pricing & Start Date Verified
Pricing will be confirmed along with your start date once the on-site verification process is complete. The 30% deposit will need to be paid prior to the start date.
Your Project Begins
It’s time to see your project come to life! You will have the support of your Construction Support Manager, Foreman and General Manager along the way.
Build at 50% Completion
Your Project Manager will provide and guide you through a project checklist. A determined 50% completion point is determined on the checklist. This initiates the next 30% project payment.
Project Completion Walk
We will walk through the finished project together, determine any detail adjustments to your satisfaction before the final 20% payment is made.
